What Are Puppy Deposits?

Once the decision has been made to get a Wolf Hybrid puppy a $600 security deposit is required to hold a specific puppy or to get on the waiting list for a future puppy. Please understand, once we accept your deposit, you are guaranteed to get a dog; other customers are told that the puppy is sold. For this reason, these deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason! The picking process is only based on the date you've placed the deposit.

Once the puppy has reached 8 weeks of age or older NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason!

We typically accept deposits via credit card. We have a credit card terminal present and can accept both credit and debit cards. If there is a chance that you might change your mind and not follow through with the financial transaction, please do not send a deposit. We have ran into issues in the past with payments with personal checks and have decided not to accept this method of payment from now on.

If returning a dog after 4 months of age, no refunds will be given. However negotiation with YadkinWolfDen.com is acceptable.

If shipping is needed we ship via airlines with American Airlines for $315. However if we need to ship with United or Delta airlines the shipping cost is $395. For more information regarding possible additional shipping charges please click here.

If a cancellation of a puppy they a customer has chosen at 6 weeks of age or older is placed, the deposit will be forfeited by the customer and a 20% cancellation fee will apply.

Prices were raised from $850 to $1000 on February 17th, 2015.
Deposits were raised from $400 to $500 on February 17th, 2015.
Deposit fee increased from $500 to $600 on April 6th, 2016.
Prices for the Wolf Hybrid puppies increased from $1000 to $1200 on April 6th, 2016.
Airline shipping increased from $290 to $315 on April 6th, 2016.
